Health service use and household expenditure during terminal illness due to AIDS in rural Tanzania

The aim of this study is to analyse health seeking behaviour and expenditure with relatives who lost an adult family members through longitudinal community study process and to note out any differences in illness in the rural areas and the factors for such differences.The study also trace the rapid increase of terminally ill adults as a result of HIV/AIDS is likely to lead to an increased burden on all layers of health system and household resources hence high possibility of Adult mortality.
