an effort to translate the National
Water Policy into a coherent National Water Sector Development Strategy an
inter-ministerial Task Force has now prepared the draft strategy document. The
draft strategy has passed internal and inter-ministerial consultations and is
now being circulated to the wider group of stakeholders and development
partners for review and comments. Comments are requested to be submitted in
writing to the Chairman of the NWSDS-Task Force by
